At Behind BluEyes Photography, every order is handled with care and attention to detail. Because our products/services are made-to-order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will gladly work with you to make it right. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we will do our best to resolve any issues quickly and fairly.
